Messages not setting

Hello, I doubt if anyone still works on EconomyAPI. However, I was getting some unexpected issues where the edited Messages.yml does not take effect whatsoever.
I've validated the YAML file, read through the codes, and did whatever I thought could be a solution to this.

But it still didn't work.

Any ways to fix the issue?
