Feature request: open source a separate version of PINOnce

It'd be great if Pinterest and PINFuture could share a definition of the once object that's used in both places.

If we made a shared definition, we could rely on it in both places and wouldn't run into symbol conflicts, etc.

Hey Tim! Sorry I'm late getting to this. We're considering open sourcing a foundational library that might include something like this, but it's a ways off for us right now. I'll let you know if we get closer to it though!
