Improve documentation of HttpWhiteboardResource Annotation

The Annotation has the fields pattern and prefix.

Currently:

patter - Service property identifying resource patterns
prefix - Service property identifying resource patterns

Should be:

pattern - Service property identifying the resources url pattern
prefix - Service property identifying resource prefix, used to find the content in the bundle path.

If somebody has a better idea, I'm open, but we should at least give a clue to the user, what the two fields are for.

Where exactly do you see this?

Looking at [1] I don't see the text you mention; the "return" statement has a typo for prefix which I just fixed
