Currently the Autocomplete input falls back to the selected value when it's unfocused, discarding any changes made to the text value in the input. When you're in the process of typing (in my case an address), and you want to look up the housenumber in another tab for example, the field gets cleared (or reset back to the last selected value) when you return, resulting in having to re-enter the full address. I get the default behavior, but it would be nice to have an option to keep the typed state when there was no autocomplete result found or selected.
