Impossible to install drivers for my graphic tablet

I would like to install the drivers for my XP-PEN artist 16 Gen 2 tablet, here: https://www.xp-pen.fr/download-884.html
I download the deb file, I click on it and I get the following message:

Impossible to open this type of file

No command is installed for debian package files, would you like to search for a command to open the file?

I click on the “Search for a command” button
and I get this message:

How do I install the driver?

Solved by: sudo dpkg -i XPPENLinux3.4.9-240607.deb
