Based on discussion originating in #715 an idea appeared to extract rails_event_store-core with all the features which rails_event_store adds over the ruby_event_store. Similar approach is used by rspec authors.
This will allow even easier cherry-picking interesting parts of our ecosystem without forcing people to install rails_event_store-browser when they don't want to. Eg. when they develop api-only application.
