Enh: Better handling of dashes and lowercase in PSID revert

We're already requiring that someone type a very long command-line argument correctly, and then also type a 32-character PSID correctly.

It Would Be Nice If we accepted (and handled/removed) intermediate dashes that some vendors (Micron) insert, and ensure/document that upper/lowercase letters are acceptable as long as they're the correct letter. DTA Drive-Trust-Alliance#205 refers.

Overall we probably need a specific "sedutil-cli --help --option" to really be able to provide detailed command line help for this many functions.....and a much shorter "usage" set of info that fits on one normal display without assuming scrollback.
