Please include Fencing Agent fence_amt for oVirt from upstream https://github.com/ClusterLabs/fence-agents/blob/main/agents/amt/fence_amt.py

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Intel AMT is supported on lots of hardware where drac5 or drac7 isn't. Please include the upstream fence agent for it.
