Code-blocks extend outside callouts on Android #1582

Also noticed on Android, the current added styles force the code-blocks inside callouts to extend past the left border of the callout. When running without a styles.scss, the default theme displays these correctly, so it seems like it's one of the overrides.

Will try to provide screenshots later.
