automated scripts for picocom on VT10 modem but only first line is working

I am configuring a VT10 modem with a script via picocom, but only the first line of my .txt file is taken into account. The other lines are not transmitted to the modem. Does the program close automatically after sending the first line?
Is it possible to display live configuration on the terminal?
I tried "echo" but no return.
