Force all views to be created and don't reuse them

There is any possible configuration that allows the carousel to create all views at the same time?

Another question there is any way do don't make the views reusable? (I tried the numberofvisibleitems but it didn't worked as expected. the carousel behaves the same without it)

I aware of the implications of this but I only have < 10 pages.
