Context: I was upgrading from a 64gb micro sd card to a 128gb micro sd card.

The guide for emummc partion based sd misses 1 CRUCIAL STEP. Which the guide on https://rentry.org/EmuNANDNewSDcard#hekate has.

YOU HAVE TO GO TO EMUMMC ON THE HOME TAB AND THEN PICK MIGRATE EMUMMC!!! THEN PRESS FIX RAW!!! All the other guides on the internet were straight up useless until I saw this linked in some forums!!!

OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET A UNKNOWN PKG1 ERROR!!!
