Security scan reports time without timezone

https://scan.nextcloud.com reports the result with a timestamp without indicating which timezone this is. It looks like UTC - but if this is the case, "UTC" should be added as well.

Example - a scan at 2021-08-15 10:10:41 CEST will reported as: Scanned at 2021-08-15 08:10:41

However, this should be: Scanned at 2021-08-15 08:10:41 UTC

Or if the server indeed uses a specific time zone with DST it should be the correct time zone.
