Implement Git-like data sync commands

We have a POC for Git-like aliases to work inside a neuro project:

They are super-useful!, but work slow because they call each other (to store info on project name and generate paths, etc.), so neuro aliases are a bad place to have it. We could implement these ideas to work faster by neuro-extras!
