Although not an issue, as I am new to bioinformatics and sequencing I am having some trouble to interpret the ouput Pandaseq produced. In the following example (attached photo), DBG FML error means a duplicate kmer has been identified, Pandaseq discards it and iterates on the next base.
Firstly, one question is at the output, 43690@127 and etc, refers to the position of the base, meaning it is the 127th base and so on?
Then by the INFO BESTOLP Pandaseq states that the optimal overlap is at the 58th base position?
And then it finally discards the sequence because of the low quality score, that is clear.
