Does not work with Firefox for Android

If I try to do this on Firefox for Android 39.0 it seems that it does not record my input and I get no https://lmddgtfy.net/q= URL.

It's also quite annoying that the search field always get's focus instantly - even if you access a q=... link. This way the OS keyboard is always displayed if you visit the site and it covers the half of the site, so you can't see the nice animation.

Okay I've just tried it with the default Android browser and it worked there, so this may be a problem with FF for Android.
