Pass XMLRPC URL with the token

The communication between mxcube and BES goes over XML-RPC. Currently BES has the host:port of the XMLRPC server from MxCube in its configuration. MxCube could pass this information to BES.

@marcus-oscarsson Suggested to pass it with the token:
