[question] permission denied in cygwin.

Hello!
I have an important question..
I am trying to compile the latest 1.27 version of ddrescue from sources in CYGWIN.
I have no compilation errors.
But when I run the program it says:
ddrescue: /dev/sdg1: Fatal error reading the input file: Permission denied
This does not happen if I compile the version in your repository.

What should I change in version 1.27 to make it work?
