icy_term clears scroll back when a screen clear occurs

this is counter productive just strip the clear and keep buffering the input so you can still scroll back if the screen clears

What should happen on a screen clear? ATM scrolling is for larger buffers than screen size.

Well the scrollback shouldn't clear. It should probably just put 24 lines in the scrollback so when you scroll back it'll have big blank space between the current screen and the previous.
