In the test view, when I click on the run button drop down, there appears to be a blank item in the context menu:

@connor4312 any ideas here? I am not able to see this myself and unsure what profile could be missing? Maybe it is another extension interfering?

This is from the test adapter converter https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-test-adapter-converter/blob/044169074a0a9016f817125b38cfcab01745a262/src/testConverter.ts#L58

Will fix that over there
