BC ISV telemetry app : Include domain on matrix / tables containing tenant id

To better understand at which customer / domain, certain data applies, it would be beneficial to see the 'domain' as column next to the 'tenant id' column.

E.g. Usage > Location > Location and Languages by Environment

Lacks the column 'domain'

Same for the Administration > Extension Lifecyle stats
