Directory does not seem to be supported

One of our users attempted to add a new Directory and had issues.

We noticed the following errors in our logs.

2021-07-28 19:59:33,785 ERROR [geonetwork.index] - Indexing stylesheet contains errors: /usr/local/tomcat/webapps/geonetwork/WEB-INF/data/config/schema_plugins/iso19139.ca.HNAP/index-fields/index-subtemplate.xsl

It contains errors because index-subtemplate.xsl does not exists. But it does exists in iso19139.

We do have the following option set

When we unset the option then it always attempts to create the subtemplate as iso19139 instead of iso19139.ca.HNAP. Possibly because there is no metadata standard element in a snippet to properly identify an HNAP record.

It seems like this feature is not working in HNAP and work will need to be done to add this feature.
