NarSystem.loadLibrary cannot find .dll file when building on C:\ drive

Hello, I stumbled into a strange issue.
When I try to run my project with nar-plugin enabled, I always get into an issue of NarSystem.loadLibrary cannot find a dll library.
It always fails in getLibPath method.

What is really strange is that it works perfectly fine on my other D:\ drive. So, when I try to run tests on the project installed on C:\Drive it fails, on D:\Drive -> it runs okay.
My colleagues don't experience that problem. I tried to run the project with Administrator rights - but that did not help.

I tried on nar-plugin version 3.3.0 and 3.6.0
