Method Not Found after paypal redirect

Do you know why when paypal redircts to odoo it will show Internal Configuration Error, and/or Method Not Found?

In my paypal settings do the ipn url need to be /payment/paypal/ipn or /payment/paypal/dpn
Also need it to update invoice after payment.
I'm running on Ubuntu 14 on port 80 using iptables.

Do you mean that you want the module to create a Customer Payment? My module doesn't do that. It would need to create an account.voucher record. If you want to add the feature, I would be grateful. However, it is a little complicated, because you may need to write-off a paypal fee.
