newly installed bunnyhud and xiv-on-mac..
installed via the steps on the site for xiv-on-mac and added overlays, worked once for a bit then seems to stop loading my overlays for reference i have 4 overalys, kagerou and 3 cactbot overlays, the overlay for kagerou shows on start but the main bunnyhud window never does and the other 3 overlays never seem to show either. i tried removing the bunny-hud install by moving it to trash from the applications folder and re-installing but the overlays must be listed in a different file as they tried to load and it still wouldnt load the main window.. please advise as to how to remove the settings and install to force a clean install or fix the loading issue it seems to have!

thanks in advance

Main window can be reopened by clicking BunnyHUD -> Preferences in the global menu bar and in the general settings tab it can be tweaked whether the main window will show up on startup by itself.

Concerning the cactbot overlays these should theoretically work, however there is a known issue with the wsserver library OverlayPlugin uses and wine that can cause it to stop responding when using a lot of overlays at the same time (stopping and starting the wsserver and refreshing or restarting BunnyHUD should fix this though)

If this still doesn’t help it might be worth trying out to access the cactbot overlays via a (non-Safari) browser to be sure it is actually a BunnyHUD issue.

The overlay configuration is stored in a plist in the application support folder along with a CEF cache (that also stores the overlay website settings)
