É preciso definir os links que se querem para o Facebook e Twitter

Não faz muito sentido estarem lá, não temos (e não se justifica) perfis para a campanha, e não vamos pôr só para os da D3. Ou convertia em "share this page", ou retiraria...

O site tem tudo, ou seja, botões para os perfis da D3 e botões para partilhar a página.
No último caso é preciso definir o texto que se quer a acompanhar a partilha da página no twitter e no facebook

Retirei os "botões genéricos", mas deixei os "balões de partilha", que como disse o @nmota, funcionam como "share this page" e ao mesmo tempo alertam para os problemas, mas temos que definir os textos.
