How to add 3d marker annotation at destination?

I have been trying to display 3d marker annotation at destination. We have designed an obj 3d marker.
In func init() .obj 3d marker shows fine but i could not able place at desinaiton.

Any suggestion or code improvement on placing 3d marker at desitnation...
