Display / Viewfinder switching off during long time recording with Open-Memories-Tweak on Sony A7R II #492

Hey everybody,
I installed Open-Memories-Tweak on my Sony A7R II with firmware Version 4.00 in order to surpass the recording limit of about 30 minutes. It generally seems to work, however at some point during recording the camera seemingly switches off entirely. That means the display / viewfinder are black, the HDMI-port stops sending a signal [I tried with an external monitor] and the little red LED indicating video is recorded stops blinking. So the camera appears to be dead and does not come back to live by any button pushing. However, it isn't actually dead: If I use the on/off-switch to turn it back on and go into the playback-menu, there are clips indicating it has recorded all the time. That's great. But in a shooting situation, I need to be able to monitor at any time if and what the camera records.
If anyone has a hint on how to solve this issue, I'd be more than thankful.
Best
