New settings:

Do not wait for impedance - Get data just after it's stabilized. In result only weight is available
Show unstabilized data - Show debug popup with received data, even if data are not valid.

You do not need to start scan until the end of measurement. Start any time. Timeout is set to 50s.

fixes android 12 Bluetooth permissions requests
added "beta support" for Mi Smart Scale (without body composition - only weight) - not tested
new settings:
save log (received raw data in external storage) - if turned off no need for storage write permission
show received raw data after measurement
auto scan - if scale address is set up app will start scanning on enter Scale view
one click - scan & upload - if all data is set up ( scale address, email, password) app will scan and send to gamin with one click.
