What happened?

Impossible promotion on c1

How can we reproduce the bug?

Hello ,

It first happened on the follow game:

[Site "https://lichess.org/yBHwHJPX"]
[Date "2024.08.17"]
[White "Sankhya"]
[Black "Jefcito"]

When I tried to promote on the move 39, I got a blank mark on the screen (see screen shot below), but nothing to chose from.
I did not understand instantly the promotion was the problem, so I made another move.
I tried to promote again on the next move, it failed again so I send a few messages to my opponent and resign.
Indeed, I am a new Lichess player and this bug cost me a lot of ELO points (probably more than 100) because as you can see on the game I was winning with this promotion but I had to resign after this.

I hope you can fix this bug and give back the ELO points, unfairly lost.

In order to repeat the bug, I went on Analyze and set up a promoting position which failed in the same way.
