I have been greatly inspired by your published work on the recount2 project. Our team currently has a batch of transcriptome data and plans to use recount2 for predicting gender and age based on RNA-seq data.
However, we have encountered some technical challenges in our preparatory work. We are currently unclear on how to properly organize the input transcriptome data files and determine the correct format for these files. This has been a hindrance to our progress in analyzing gender and age predictions.
Therefore, I am reaching out to you in the hope of receiving your assistance. Any specific guidance on how to prepare and format the transcriptome data files would be immensely appreciated. Any example codes, documentation, or advice you could provide would be extremely helpful to us.
