KAthJax expressions in exercises do no load on ios/iphone/safari #5590

Summary

We have a report that an issue with relative paths for loading KAthJax in KA exercises is also occurring in KA Lite.

See learningequality/kolibri#1049 and learningequality/kolibri#4589 for more information

System information

Older iOS. Should be replicated under Browserstack, using iPhone 6S

How to reproduce

Try for example the 'add within 5' math exercise

Screenshots

Real-life consequences (anything community should be aware, for instance how it affects your deployment)

Some KA exercises do not render on older iOS devices
