Simple query builder macros?

I was a bit annoyed with maintaining insert queries, that is:

query!("INSERT INTO account (id, email, created_at, updated_at) VALUES ($1, $2, $3, $4)",
    id, email, created_at, updated_at)
    .execute(pool).await?;

There are three things to keep track of:

• number of $ arguments must match the number of arguments
• order of arguments in the two lists must match
• I usually also try to make the db field names match the rust variable names

And it gets a lot worse as the number of arguments grow.

I made a small poc that lets you instead write:

insert!("account", id, email, created_at, updated_at).execute(pool).await?;

...which saves me a lot of typing.

The readme for sqlx says sqlx is not supposed to be a query builder, so not sure if it's suitable for addition or not?
