This is a global problem.
The right paragraph navigation within the article page should always be visible. The current situation is that the right paragraph navigation is not visible after scrolling down the page.

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

SIG Docs takes a lead on issue triage for this website, but any Kubernetes member can accept issues by applying the triage/accepted label.

The triage/accepted label can be added by org members by writing /triage accepted in a comment.

We could make a discussion for this, but I actually think it's pretty settled that the status quo is OK.
