Currently, when starting the kantra container, there is no mechanism to see if a new image exists. We should consider having a configurable image pull policy so users can get new kantra container image when available.
Alternatively, we could warn the user that a new version of kantra exists...since the typical user will get their kantra binary from kantra, this could solve the problem.
