Refactor kai-analyzer

Objective:

• Comply with the base protocol of the lsp specification for the jsonrpc2 communication. This is to make client writing in the editor less cumbersome.
• Remove dependency on personal fork of java-external-provider, use the konveyor bits as much as possible.
• Limit as much as possible what needs to be included 1) as argument to the process 2) initialize. Changes to analyzer-lsp APIs is out-of-scope...just put as much as possible as arguments to runAnalysis as possible.
