dataimporter: snapshot the client version used when data updated

We should modify the tool to output the client version it used when it updated the database, either by using the latest version, or what was passed via command line during the run.

• Record somewhere in the client side database
• We can then expose this in the client, a nice inconspicuous place to put this would be in the profile menu as a "title" attribute of the "Report a Bug" link. e.g. title="client version 10.2.0.52649". This will only show up when you hover over the link.
