Feature: Better support for 'mouseover' behavior on mobile

On mobile, there is no 'mouseover', which means you have to click each item and it opens in new window. Kind of lame when you are looking at items. Should we code up a solution? wowhead has an interface where you can touch the item, and it brings up the overlay, and then requires another click at the bottom to actually goto item. It's not ideal since I seem to always not see the click at the bottom, but could do something like this.
