Error Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'dirname')

I have been trying to use graphql-tools in both a React app and a Docusaurus app. I am able to resolve webpack polyfill errors with node--polyfill-webpack-plugin

I am unable to compare or load any schema files via various means

Currently I have the error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'dirname')

I have resolve: {fallback: module: none}} set at the moment

Any suggestions as to why I cannot run this code?
