delete Happymapper or nokogiri-happymapper dependencies

Pivotal-tracker has 2 happymappers dependencies. One depend of libxml and the other dependent of nokogiri.

So if we install pivotal-tracker gem we need install libxml and nokogiri gem. It's too much. You need do a choice and delete the one of happymapper gem
