Version

29.7.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. clone my repo https://github.com/jcubic/abort-signal-jest
  2. npm install
  3. npm test

Expected behavior

I expect the test to pass

Actual behavior

It throws an error:

TypeError: AbortSignal.timeout is not a function

Additional context

I asked this on StackOverflow, but after editing it multiple times and adding more context, I decide that this is a bug and reported it here.

The code works in Node.js, so Jest must do something to AbortSignal. I was searching the repo but was not able to find anything, only a PR that added a global.
