I have verified there are no duplicate active or recent bugs, questions, or requests.
I have verified that I am using the latest version of AppUpdater.
I have given my issue a non-generic title.
I have read over the README, Wiki and FAQs (before asking questions on how to do something).

how to activate update dialog only when update is available?

I believe you just type out your parameters and do not have .showEvery() listed. then it will not show unless theres an update.
