What do you want to validate the committer author names and email addresses for

• Should they all match a certain list of allowed authors (e.g. Tim, Bob, Alice) ?
• Should they all match a certain domain (e.g. all e-mails must end with *@company.com ?

If you could give some more explanation I could help you guiding to the right starting place.

Right now igcommit only checks that contributors use always the same name and e-mail address and not a mix off e.g. work and private E-Mails. (See CheckContributors)

Depending on what you want it should be easy, depending on your coding skills, to extend the base class CommitListCheck and build what you want :-)
