Clicking on IDURAR icon is throw "Uncaught ReferenceError: navigate is not defined" error

Describe the bug
The IDURAR icon is clickable but not going anywhere and throw "Uncaught ReferenceError: navigate is not defined" in console either must be not clickable or go to dashboard.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'anywhere of the app'
2. Click on 'IDURAR icon'
3. See the error in console

Expected behavior
if the icon is clickable it need to bring to the dashboard either no clickable.
