No automatic selection of slide numbers #118

As a presentation creator, I want to easily insert slide numbers without having to unselect it afterwards.

Acceptance criteria:

When slide numbers are inserted, the morph of the slide should not be selected
The morph should still be selectable, if you want so

Why does it bother you that the slide number is automatically selected?
Does selecting have any negative side effects?

monasobh removed the to be estimated label
