Readme should include instructions on how to unregister service workers once the tutorial is over. I was attempting to use http://localhost:8080 for a different project and the Hoodie Offline Tutorial was still on it since I forgot to unregister the service workers.

I'd be happy to edit the readme and make a PR with the instructions.
