Closing the window seem not delete it

Hi,
I create a window in my app and I expect that click to the default close button at her top right corner, delete them, but that seem not to be the case, so my question is:

Is there a way to integrate automatic deletion of windows when using the close button or should I systematically use the callback on close to delete them manually and avoid keeping trash not displayed in memory and in alias list?

Or could it be a bug that means the alias is not automatically deleted on window closing?
