The existence of blank nodes causes such an issue, since triples of the following form are seen as different

_:bn1 <P> <O>
_:bn2 <P> <O>

temporary Solution

Skolemize the blank nodes

Virtuoso that is used for computing the gold standard, also fails to report the triples in which only the datatype have changed.
