There is a bug in the Jbrowse code.

Line 658 of jbrowse.py located in /mnt/galaxy/shed_tools/toolshed.../repos/iuc/jbrowse/.../jbrowse/: The double quotes ("") need to be removed from around the curly braces in the find command..

This is a bug when find is run on ubuntu 16.04 for some reason.. It still works on ubuntu 14.04 but I don't know why.

Eric Rasche - the author of the tool is removing the use of find in future tool releases but won;t fix this one in a hurry.

The work around for now is a manual fix on the build fs and a note in the ansible or an ansible directive to do it!

Seems to be fixed in latest build. Will leave open for another round of build tests
