期待される解決方法

1. この layers.txt の仕様を明確に定義し https://github.com/gsi-cyberjapan/layers-dot-txt-spec/blob/master/specifications.md に記述を追加します。
2. (or) gsimaps 側で layers.txt を現在の仕様にあわせる修正を行います。
